Adrian and the gang are always friendly which makes it all less daunting and more enjoyable. The complimentary car wash and vacuum is always a bonus of getting the car serviced, I have heard from friends that they don't receive the same treatment when they get their cars serviced (not VW owners).

Thought it was great that the team called up and asked about whether we wanted the wipers replaced (which was recommended but not part of the usual service) as there was a cost that was outside the normal service costs. Good way to manage expectations. Only feedback is that your records may not be entirely up-to-date as even though our car was serviced a few weeks ago, I received a text message today reminding me to service the car even though it has already been done. Other than that, all good!

I like to commend Will Kimber for his excellent customer service rendered. He displayed great patience and willingness to help me on this occasion even when I was agitated and at a loss how this technical problem was not picked up by the service book schedule or VW technical bulletin. He showed great knowledge of the issue at hand which was a worn camshaft resulting in the turbo charger damage. I was surprised later to learn that he was only seconded from the workshop to customer service for only a couple of weeks. He showed great maturity in dealing with my situation and was passionate to get the job done - even to the point of wanting to do the job himself. He acted in a most professional way. I trust Waverley Volkswagen will continue to use this resource in the future. He certainly is a great asset to your company in terms of his dedication and knowledge of your workshop and repairs required for your customer issues. Good job Will. Thanks again.

There was no need to offer alternative transport as your people very kindly agree to carry out the repairs while I waited - and they did this within the hour. We have always had excellent service over the years and although we feel we may be paying something 'over the odds' we feel it is worth it for the security we gain.

I was extremely happy with the alternative transport provided. I didn't pre-book it, but there were no hassles regarding it. Matt from service was very prompt with letting me know about the progress of the service during it as well. Excellent work.

Friendly staff doing what they can to provide great service

I must comment on your drivers, who were both excellent. The first day after I dropped my car off I was told the VW driver had finished but they would ask the Holden driver to drop me. I waited no more than 5 minutes and the entire drive home the driver was lovely and chatty. The second I was picked up from the train station and again the VW driver was very nice and chatty. It made the experience of a broken down car that much more tolerable. Please pass along my thanks to the driver.

My thanks to Adrian Laing and the service team for the great job in getting my car back on the road within a week. After being towed in, and a first time customer at Glen Waverley, Adrian kept in daily contact about the problem, and the estimated repair time. One of your service technicians also picked up on another unrelated issue that I had raised several times previously with the service area of another dealership; finally the car is driving as it should.

I meant to thank Ron and Spencer for their professional and friendly service when I came to visit on the 7th of June, together with the team of experts who worked at resolving my 'blue tooth' issue. The highlight of bringing my car to Waverley Volkswagen is the fact that it is all glossy upon pickup!

After several bad experiences with another VW service centre (different car) I am pleased with the attitude and helpfulness of the staff at Waverley Volkswagen. I frequently recommend you guys to VW owners and also to potential buyers. My vehicle has had its share of issues but these are always addressed appropriately by the team, and sorted out without fuss. The only issue not resolved despite many visits is a rattle in my sunroof but this appears to be a quality issue with the vehicle, I certainly could not fault the actions of your service team on this. Keep up the good work and I will keep coming back to you with my servicing needs. Special thanks to Ron and Adrian for their excellent customer service. Good dealership with friendly and helpful sales and service staff. First service completed in good time while I waited. My car was handled with a lot of care during the service, and a bottle of VW windscreen liquid concentrate was included. This was a nice gesture and was not expected. The fixed price servicing was much appreciated.

Service department knew what I was talking about over the phone

I went to DONCASTER VW 3 times to have this issue fixed and to no avail. Finally upon ringing Waverley Volkswagen Simon in the service department knew exactly what I was talking about when I explained over the phone the issues I was having. I'm very happy it's finally resolved and will use Waverley Volkswagen again. Doncaster was terrible and I was let down many times.

Washed my car before being returned, what a pleasant surprise

This was my first visit after buying the car, and it was for a recall. The modern car is complex and as such I understand may be subject to recalls. I have an issue if you do NOT recall your cars for potential defects as per your previously policy. I was impressed with your service department on all levels. Also the car was washed before being returned, which was a pleasant surprise.
